Resale is NOT permitted on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace. Resale is only permitted in-person and/or on a retailer's independent website.

ORDER MINIMUMS

Minimum Opening Order: $150 and Reorder $125 USD (before shipping costs)

Minimum Quantities:

2 items per SKU (same item + same pattern)

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED

All major credit cards accepted through our website or you can send a check if Net 30 terms are agreed on. Your final invoice will be emailed to you with shipping costs added after your submitted draft order has been received through our website.

FULFILLMENT TIMES

Our fulfillment time for wholesale orders ranges from 1-5 business days.

If an order needs to be expedited. Please email me at paige@paigebradydesign.com and I will do my best to accommodate that.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Cancellations or changes to your order should be submitted by email within 24 hours of placing the order. For returns or replacements of damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please email us within 5 days of receiving order. All merchandise must be returned unopened and unused.

SHIPPING

All items shipped from Anchorage, Alaska. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be added to the final invoice that is emailed. Expedited shipping is available upon request. A tracking number will be emailed upon shipment.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Buyers in most European countries are currently able to order PBD products through my Faire store. paigebradydesign.faire.com

Please note: lead times are longer for international orders and shipping can take up to 6 weeks with current global supply chain issues.

PHOTO USAGE

Retailers are permitted to use our product photography for their websites and social media channels. If you choose to do this, we ask that you provide credit to @paigebradydesign.
